The student's voice has an important role in improving the quality of teaching and learning, and identifying the factors affecting this component can provide the ground for improving the quality of education.The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of classroom leadership on student's voice with the mediating perception of transparency of professor at Lorestan University and Farhangian University of Khorramabad. The method of research in this study is in terms of practical purpose and terms of data collection method, a description of the correlation type, and with the approach of structural equations. The statistical population of this research is undergraduate students of Lorestan University and Farhangian University of Khorramabad with a number of 6822. The method of class sampling and sample size is 384. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of classroom leadership, student voice, and perception of professor transparency. The findings showed that classroom leadership has a direct and significant impact on the perception of transparency of professor and indirect and meaningful effect on student's voice. Also, the perception of the transparency of the professor has a direct and significant impact on the voice of the student. Finally, the findings indicate that the perception of the transparency of the professor in the relationship between classroom leadership and student's voice at Lorestan University and Farhangian University of Khorramabad has a mediator role . The results of the study showed that classroom leadership is an important factor in influencing student's voice.
