Abstract
This research was carried out with the aim of developing a training strategy for the Riseco manufacturing Industry Company with the method of a comprehensive strategy formulation framework. SWOT analysis methods were used to develop the education strategy. At first, using the information obtained from the analysis of environmental factors, the evaluation matrices of external factors (EFE) and evaluation of internal factors (IFE) were drawn. Then, in the comparison and comparison stage, the internal and external matrix (IE) was prepared, and finally, in the decision-making stage, different strategies were identified and evaluated and judged using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The statistical population of the research consists of 53 senior managers of the company. The required data has been collected through a researcher-made questionnaire.
The collected data has been analyzed using SPSS24 software and statistical methods of mean and standard deviation. The validity of the questionnaire was determined through Chronbach’s alpha, which coefficient was 89/. It shows its reliability.The structure of the questionnaire was checked by confirmatory factor analysis.Based on the calculations, four strategies; 1. Development and variety of training programs according to the job needs of managers and employees 2. Quantitative and qualitative development of skill training using electronic training infrastructures 3. Continuous assessment and retraining of knowledge and job skills of managers and Employees and 4. Increasing the capacity to attract experts for expert and managerial jobs in the field of education, which were more attractive, were selected as priority educational strategies.
