The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between strategic leadership style and efficiency and effectiveness and social capital of principals of elementary schools in Hamadan province, which was descriptive-correlative in terms of type and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research consisted of principals of girls', boys' and mixed primary schools in Hamadan. The sample size was determined by GPower software, 74 people and the sample members were selected by simple random method. The research tools included four standard questionnaires of Lear's strategic leadership, Pin Priang and Singh Sai's organizational efficiency, Parsons' organizational effectiveness and Nahapit and Ghoshal's social capital with reliability of 0.949, 0.922, 0.965 and 0.965, respectively. Statistical analysis of data was done through multiple regression test using SPSS 27 software. The findings showed that by using the simultaneous regression analysis method, a significant model was obtained (adjusted R square = 0.681, P < 0.05 and F = 53.024), this model justifies 68.1% of the variance, and the efficiency and Effectiveness were significant predictors; But social capital variable was not a significant predictor. This research shows that there is a positive relationship between the strategic leadership style and the efficiency and effectiveness of managers in Hamadan province. Social capital can also play an important role in facilitating cooperation and information sharing between school administrators. More research is needed to fully understand the relationship between strategic leadership style and social capital.
